Danny does a great job and he's friendly. 5 stars for him. I'm handicapped and unable to exit the car without help. Just don't bring outside tires to install. Management will get in a bad mood and ask you to not come back to their business. i found out I was the third customer on their reviews asked not to comeback. At this pace there will be no customers soon. ❤️1

Amazing service. When they are busy expect a wait but I’m sure you will be happy with the service. I would recommend calling ahead and asking if they are busy if you don’t like to wait. Had a wheel alignment and I believe it to be reasonably priced. If you buy your tires from them they do free tire rotation and tire repair. I always bring all my vehicles here never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!

Great and friendly service. Good prices and it seems their staff are happy to be there. No atitude, courteous and officiant. I actually brought my vehicle in they told me I had a nail in my tire and they plugged it and didn't charge me. Highly recommended.

Sean is amazing along with all the other staff at Grand American Tires. I needed some Pirelli tires for my car. They did not have them in stock, but a quick Call around they were in the get the tires in the next day. Dropped off my car for the tires to be changed, and once they looked at the back brakes, they determined that new brakes were needed. A few hours later and everything was complete. I paid for everything and left with new brakes and tires. An hour later I get a call from Grand American Tires and they informed me that they overcharged me. Some other less reputable businesses would have just kept the money. They gave me a refund of the overcharge. Very good customer service if you are ever in need of tires. Can not recommend enough.

The guys at Grand American Tire took great care of me. I had a rear driverside flat tire. I pulled up and took care of me with a quickness! They were friendly, and fast and really affordable! From now on I will bring my car to them for all tire my needs. I highly, highly recommend them to everyone in Santa Clarita.
