Took my truck to Grand American tire for a new transmission I was quoted by the mechanic Vick price for a new one a price for it a refurbished one or a price for a used one I went for the new one We agreed on a price . I dropped off before memorial day weekend. I think it was a week before.. I picked it back up. The price was way different than we spoke about. I got down the street and my truck wasn’t right brought it back to them picked it back up on Saturday. They said the truck was fixed. I had my truck detailed on Sunday. didn’t really drive. It drove it to take the kids to school. Truck still didn’t run. Wright dropped back off to Vick.. goes by. He had to replace my front axle and two motor mounts. Don’t know why. Pick my truck back up still doesn’t run right had it bring it back

I’m leaving this review to share my experience at this tire shop. I’ve tried to give them multiple chances, but the inconsistency and attitude are just too much. One day they’re okay, and the next day they’re completely rude. The last straw for me was when I politely asked them to be careful with a tire sensor because it’s expensive to replace. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, they handed my keys back and basically said they didn’t want to deal with it and that I should go somewhere else. That kind of dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism just isn’t acceptable. If you’re looking for a place with consistent service and respect for customers, I’d recommend going elsewhere.”

Fast, courteous service! The employees are so sweet. Got my car aligbed, they did a great job!!! Definitely recommend them for all your car services.
