Grand Auto

I went in today and met the new owner of the shop, Ricardo. He is an IE native who seems to be very hard working and honest but perhaps most importantly he is friendly. Honesty and skill are the two most important attributes I look for in a mechanic. And Ricardo is both skillful and honest- Ricardo being a cool guy is just the icing on the cake. I really appreciated his Hustle- he stayed late (Several hours) so I could get my repair done the same day at a lower price than when Pep Boys down the street did a similar service 6 years ago (pre-inflation). I will use Grand Auto for all my Auto Mechanic needs.

I brought my car in to Ricardo and his team, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They got me in the same day, handled everything with a great attitude, and kept communication clear and professional throughout. I took my Nissan Altima for a transmission replacement and I’m so happy with the job they did since it was fast, great service and fair price, clean job as well, they gave me a 3 year warranty unlimited miles. My car is running great smooth and quiet, I’m so happy at all. I highly recommend this place to all.

Been here before awhile back on my other car. I liked their service and their fair prices. Went back on current car but was having issues with my brakes that Pep Boys did only 15k miles ago, making noise, brake dust, etc. I had Anthony turn the rotors, replaced all pads front and back with better quality pads. He reported after job, Pep Boys failed to lube up some parts on the caliphers. I had to pay for another brake job but at least its done right with Grand Auto.

Excellent service, reasonable price, and very professional 👏 They did the rear break pads replacement while I am waiting in the office.
