Grand Express Wash

Had a great experience at Grand Express Wash thanks to Sheldon. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain their current promotions without being pushy. He helped me get set up with an awesome two-month promo that upgraded me to a higher wash tier at a really great price with unlimited washes. Tried this car wash for the second time and I feel like it's the best I've been to! The wash actually hits all areas of my vehicle, the vacuums work great, and the air sprayer guns are really strong so they help dry every nook and cranny of the car quickly! There are lots of spaces to park and vacuum etc, and they play some really good music that everyone can enjoy. Sheldon helped with my car wash purchase and let me know about a really awesome special they had going on. So I basically am getting 2 months unlimited for about $2 more than I was going to pay for one wash! He was extremely friendly and helpful, making my overall experience even better.

I wanted to share that Autumn was a great help. When I locked my keys inside my truck. Not only did she give me access to her phone so I can call uconnect which will remotely unlock my truck and she didn't have to, she was so nice and gracious and I just wanted to reach out and say to her, thank you again, and I'm so sorry that I'm just getting around to sending reviews just life and being busy again, please give autumn kudos.
