First time customer. I have an aging Toyota hybrid that developed a coolant leak. Scheduling an appointment was fast and easy. I described where the leak happened and their technician knew where to look. They provided a detailed report on the receipt. Grand Island Automotive was professional and wonderful to deal with, great personnel. I'm happy and I know my car is happy. I highly recommend Grand Island Automotive on many levels.

This place just held onto my BMW for 3 MONTHS for some minor repairs. I have never in my life experienced service like this from any mechanic in my 30 years of driving. There was a 6 week span I kept calling and checking in and they had no answers for me on when my vehicle might be done . Just kept saying “oh were still waiting on parts” in what world do you not know when a part is going to arrive with all the tracking devices on packages now a days. They don’t even have the nerve to call you and inform you about any updates or anything. Just flat out holding onto peoples cars for months with no warning and no communication like it’s normal ! Please do yourself a favor, believe these reviews and go elsewhere ! Save yourself the misery. I will never in my life be back here

Moved to Grand Island about a year ago and Mike and his team have been helpful on a number of occasions already! From tire and wheel problems to basic oil changes to helping me diagnose an airflow sensor issue, they've made it easy to work with them and I will continue going back. Thank you!

Love this place! Awesome spot to get your car worked on, owner is very friendly and staff is very nice, excellent service! I run the detail shop across the road and recommend them to all my customers, and service my own car here. By I take my car here every year to get my summer and snow tires on. Always amazing service!

Mike was able to fix an issue with my car that 4 other mechanics including the dealership could not figure out and that wasn’t even the primary reason I brought it there. It took me many years to find a mechanic like Mike and Im not going anywhere else. I was surprised at how quick he got it all done combined with the work that had to get done on my fiancés car. You get what you pay for and Mike is worth every dime. My car hasn’t driven this good since I first got it. Thank you!
