Great Customer Service overall. This vehicle is our 6th vehicle purchased. I believe that I can say my wife and I have had our fair share of experience purchasing vehicles. Inna was our Sales Representative and she went above our expectations for buying a new car. She was very fast and responsive. She didn't leave us waiting, and everything we asked she had a great answer. If she didn't know she found out, instead of feeding us nonsense. Our Sales Manager was Brandon. Another really great experience working with him. I was pre-approved by my credit union, but in the end I did get financed through Ford and they were able to beat my credit union. Wish I could give negative stars on customer service at this place. Lazy & very unreliable with parts so that, I would feel, would obviously flow into sales once they’re done & service. They will lie to you at the counter just to get out of having to type anything in or research for anything. I would definitely think twice about not only buying from this lot but servicing your vehicle here. I honestly don’t think I’ve been to a worse one.

We’ve got some friends literally broke down in their parking lot at this moment. Just having to deal with the parts people lying about the ability to get a part so no way they’ll use the service center part. Good to know as both families are an integral part of the Ford family. No wonder the Ford name is going downhill, because lots with managers like this one.. now having to pull workers from another lot to go help… ridiculous…

I purchased my vehicle here August on 2024. I just came to get the first service at the Ford in Carrollton, (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)which I’ve had a way better experience than Ford at Grand Prairie. I came to find out I can actually start my vehicle from an app, but I was never told this at the time of purchase. I didn’t think I could since it’s a 2021. I haven’t had any issues with the vehicle but at the time of purchase the guy that helped me (Raul) who got fired not long after I made the purchase . I feel like no one else took over to answer any questions or concern and I felt lost on who to reach out. Raul didn’t take the time to explain all that I could and couldn’t do with the vehicle. I guess he was just trying to make a sale. So ford in Carrollton has told me a lot more info about the vehicl

Unfortunately I cant give negative stars.... they totally suck. Worst customer service ever. I only buy Ford but will definitely not buy from here....SMH
