Grand Premier Tire & Custom Wheel

The team at Grand Premier are excellent. We hit something on the Thruway. Our rim was bent and we were on our way to Buffalo for our mom’s funeral. They got the rim bent back into shape and had us back on the road within 30 minutes. Such an efficient team. So grateful. PS - Shout out to the old guy with gray hair ( they were his words). 😂 Great team!

Grand Premier was awesome! I was in my new RV traveling from Cape Cod, MA to Colorado and I kept losing air from a rear tire. I saw now visible tire damage and the valve stem seemed fine. After visiting 3 shops, Grand Premier was willing to look at my rig. They found my new custom wheel failed (cracked) and they put on my spare tire - not an easy task. They wouldn’t take any money and send me on my way to finish my trip. OMG, these guys were life savers! Thank you! 🙏

I have been using Grand Premier East Greenbush and Rotterdam exclusively for 20 years, I always receive excellent service. When I drove in to Rotterdam the other day however someone in the bay saw my car drive in and yelled out "NO ONE'S HERE !!" It was 4:40 PM and I was dropping off a rim after work to pick up with tire the next day. I was not expecting immediate service at 4:40 PM.

Great place and great service. Was happy to deal with me calling for quotes on 6 different sets of wheels and tires for my Bronco and when I finally decided on what I wanted, they had everything ordered, mounted balanced and installed within two days!

Did a great job fixing our rim and got us a matching tire same-day. Appreciated their communication, accessibility, and transparency with their pricing 👌 Highly recommend!!!
