I received an excellent service. The owner is very professional and communicate properly explaining the expected outcome without hidden points. The repair was fast and exceed my expectations. My phone calls were always answered on time without putting me on hold. Also, I feel that my bumper color now match more that it was originally from salon. Originally with sun light my bumper was having yellowish shade and after repair it is exact whit color shade as whole car is.

Had my brand new car dented and scratched on the passenger door. Spoke to Eugene and Boris they gave me a reasonable fair price for the repair, set a date and they gave me a time frame for the work. Work was completed on time and the repair was perfect! I thought it would be impossible due to the damage being on the curve line of the BMW X 5. But the guys at Grand Prix did a great job! Couldn’t be happier my car is new again !

I recently took my car for some minor damage repair, and overall, I’m really disappointed with the experience. The repair was way overpriced for what it was—just a small fix that shouldn’t have cost that much. On top of that, they took a full 7 days to get it done, which felt excessive for such a straightforward job. When I picked up the car, the work was mediocre at best. The bumper wasn’t fixed perfectly; there are noticeable gaps and it doesn’t look aligned properly. I asked the technician about it, and he explained that the gaps are so that if I hit something again, it would “adjust” or something like that—but that doesn’t make sense to me and it just looks sloppy. They didn’t even bother to align the car, which I expected as part of the service. I wouldn’t recommend this place. 2 star
