I just called to have my car towed there and see if they could fix it. I have no idea who picked up the phone but you need to teach them phone etiquette. I have no idea how you get business with that attitude. All I asked if I could have my car towed there for repairs and if they have an appointment. He says yeah and then silence. I then ask, you are a mechanic right. My car won't start and told him what light is on. He literally says we'll I dont know why that would be on. I hung up. Im not playing games with a rude person for a paid service. I will take my money somewhere else.

Very professional and friendly. Took care of our car in a timely manner. A little high priced in my opinion. $280 for labor/ 3.5 hrs worth of work. I think that's a little too high for labor but at least my car is fixed. I won't be returning here for future issues just because labor prices are too high.

Bought a car off them very friendly and great to work with. Would recommend if they are selling a used vehicle you like. They do not however do in house financing if you need a loan.

I've had to bring in multiple cars, not only for body work, but mechanical service as well and I was very pleased with my service all the way around. The staff was very friendly and kept in contact with me on the process as the repairs were being completed! Thank you Grangers!

I dropped my car off on 6/21 and was told it'll be ready in 3 weeks. Here it is 7/29 and it's still not ready.
