I didn't have to wait to have my car serviced and was able to have it done the day I requested because I was planning an unexpected long trip for a funeral of my sister. They got in right away and they were kind, knowledgeable and professional. And the popcorn was very good too.
Tyler was amazing. He made sure we knew every step in the process and gave us priority since we were traveling when the trans failed. He worked with our warranty company. My only issue was Nissan parts hub that took 5 days to get a trans to the shop.
We were on the road and needed a new alternator. Skyler got us in and out in little more than a couple of hours. Very impressed! Saved our trip!
Fine service but junk parts and bad warranties. My cars original fuel pump predated Obamas first term. Finally had it replaced a couple of years ago. New fuel pump is now throwing a code and needs to be replaced... conveniently less than a year after it's pathetic 2 year warranty.
Was top notch even dealing with a bad car situation. Really appreciated their wide selection of teas as i waited. Tyler is great.
