It may say FIRESTONE, on the outside, but this is a real garage. Second time here in a couple of years. But in a industry where trust, and good work is hard to find. Well you found it. These guys are above and beyond on customer service and quality of service. The interaction from the customers is what stood out. Everyone was important, and so was your problem. 5 stars. Made a appointment, didn't even have time to get comfortable before my truck was ready. Great work, fair deal, done right. Definitely earned my full time business.

I been using Firestone for years but this one is the worse. I went to this store last week to check my nissan pathfinder, they told is the ac compressor, I went home, I opened the hood and I saw the cable.... this guys cut the cable from the compressor, I called victor to ask him what happen and he told me is the way to check the compressor, I told him I don't think is the right way to check any compressors, now let's think about this....if this is the right way they should let the customers know how they are going to check a compressor and see if the owners want to proceed, second, they have to fix it if they cut any cable so it won't be a future problems with any cable, but I called others mechanic shops and they told me they could check the compressor with out cutting the cable. This shop is a scam. With the latest finding about my vehicle, I am not surprised to see so many negative comments about this place on Google. I used a Groupon in Dec 2024 for brake fluid flush at Grant Firestone. Four months and about 4,000 miles later, I happened to have Jiffy Lube do an annual state inspection and my dealership do an oil change over the past weekend. Both of them showed me and said that my brake fluid needs to be flushed. Now I believe that they took my money, but never serviced my vehicle 4 months ago. I recall when I was at Grant Firestone with someone named Victor, it was a bit suspicious. It requested an appointment to be scheduled and asked me specifically to talk to Victor when at the shop. I do NOT trust this place. I went in to get an inspection. They were very nice and friendly ... They told me that there was something wrong with my license plate lights and the cost to fix it would cost $90 to find the cause and maybe more to fix it. I said no, went home, and my BF helped check the lights. We found the wires snipped ... I don't have definitive proof, but who else would snip my wires?

Found this place bc it was close. Stayed because Victor and his team have done great work and been the friendliest, most helpful car care folks I’ve ever experienced. That’s huge for a woman who doesn’t know enough about auto repair to ensure I’m not being taken advantage. Thanks y’all! Keep up the good, honest work!
