The owner Gerry is a solid human being who cares and works very hard to make sure every customer is helped and satisfied with their work done at this shop. He cares about the community and honors that his shop is in the heart of a bustling area of tucson. I could say a lot more about how the world has changed so much and people have changed in a time when we're all looking for good people who still care about others within the sevice industries and the public with honor and integrity - this is one of those places you can still count on.

Gerry and crew performed a new car service. I have been going to them for many years. I trust them more than the dealership. They follow all the manufacturer recommendations and service guidelines and have never had a problem. Everything they have performed has always been at a fair price. I take all of my vehicles to them. I would never go anywhere else.

Gerry, Omar, and Tabor are all excellent mechanics and humans! Honest, straightforward, and efficient. I've been using them for years and I couldn't be happier!

My daughter took her car here to fix a leaking brake line and related warning sensors that appeared as a result of the break line and no brake fluid. The shop quoted me a price and confirmed it would be fixed the same day. I did not hear from them all day and when I called they said they were still working on it. They finally called me back at the end of the day to tell me it would be done the next day. This cost me more money because I had to Uber my daughter to school and back the next day. When my daughter picked up the car, the price charged was higher than the quoted price and all the warning lights/sensors were still on. Unethical Billing Practices & Lack of Transparency" I brought my 2006 Nissan Altima here for a simple diagnostic check. I was never informed of any fees upfront. They took my keys, performed a test without my authorization on the price, and then held my keys hostage until I paid a $195 "diagnostic fee." > When I questioned the charge, I was met with a dismissive attitude. $195 for a basic test without prior consent is predatory. Even after paying, the "diagnosis" of a fuel injector doesn't even explain my engine's low compression or coolant loss. Be aware, Tucson drivers: they will not inform you of costs until it's too late. Every penny counts, and this shop does not respect your wallet or your right to authorize repairs. Avoid this place.
