I went there today to get an oil change, i usually just drop it off in the afternoon and she calls me whenever they get it done. This day i planned to come in at 10am cause i wasn’t sure if id have a ride. I woke up late which is on me and didn’t get there till 10:45am. I explained the situation and she said it was fine that she’d get to it when she could. Almost 6 hours go by when i finally receive a call. She they proceeds to tell me indirectly that she wasn’t able to get my car done. Says that she will call back in 15 minutes to let me know if then can sqeeze me in or not. 40 minutes go by and I still have not received a call at that point i’m already on my way. I get there my car is in the same place it was when i left. Instead of apologizing she just proceeded to tell me that i “would

Elizabeth is the best. She does everything to get you what you need without breaking the bank. Grant Street does great work and they genuinely care about people. They're honest and transparent and I won't go anywhere else for my vehicle needs!

I absolutely love this shop they are so friendly, fair pricing, and do great work. I highly recommend them. Elizabeth and CJ are amazing, it is so convenient because they are right across the street from the hospital I just drop my car and my keys off and walk over to work.

Wonderful service here. Both the receptionist and the mechanic. They sincerely listened to everything that we had just done to the car at another auto shop that did not fix the ongoing problem. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and good at his job and did an excellent job explaining everything to us. I went here after having a terrible experience at another auto shop, and I do believe that I finally found an honest auto shop! Highly recommended
