Grassfield Towing & Recovery

Very rude owner, ruined my car cover and left me with a flat tire after towing. No respect or decency.

Grassfield was sent to me through my insurance company, so I had no idea what to expect as a first time user. Couldn't have asked for better service. Arrived well within ETA, and was friendly, polite, and efficient. If I have any further towing needs be it for an accident or no, I'll gladly use this company again.

I have towing include in my insurance so I can't say anything about the price, but they were very professional and helpful, giving me tips about possible issues with my car. Turns out the problem that was guessed turned out to be correct and I was able to get my car towed home and back on the road on the same day.

Justin the driver was awesome! He went above and beyond to help me. Came earlier than expected and was very helpful to my situation. The lady who first answered my call was friendly and helpful also . This is the go to company.. I will use them again! Don’t waste your time calling anyone else . This company is the BEST! Thank y’all so very much!

This company takes advantage of people when they are in an already stressful situation and are not honest about their tow fees!! If any other company tows a vehicle from an accident scene I guarantee they can provide an itemized bill. Very unprofessional to not be able to provide this just to acquire ownership of a vehicle and take advantage of a young girl!
