I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience here I felt like I had to. This is a true family-owned business and it really shows in the way they treat their customers. Mr. Gravel, the father, is an incredible person, and his son David is now running the business and doing an outstanding job continuing the family tradition. I brought my Audi in for repairs and I honestly can’t say enough great things about the experience. Joe was extremely professional, very knowledgeable. The quality of the repair was absolutely top-notch and the level of service was excellent from start to finish. It’s not easy to find a shop you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality work and exceptional customer service

Did an amazing job! Got rear ended back in September, they took care of everything involving the insurance claim. These guys made my car look better than before I got hit! Gentlemen at the front desk was super helpful in giving me updates whenever I called. I have some modifications done to my car & they got all the aftermarket parts spot on. Really great job worth the wait.

I brought my Honda S2000 to Gravels due to the clear coat fading from age. Dave recommended doing a full exterior repaint to bring the car back to looking like new. He gave me a very fair price for the amount of work involved and I was blown away by the final result! I had the car redone in its OEM black paint and it looks even better than new. I’m once again proud to drive my car and show it off at car shows!
