We brought our old & worn out honda pilot for a full detail, and it came out looking like a brand new car! It was spotless, smelled amazing, and they were somehow able to get out all of the stains. Highly recommend, we will come back for all future detailing needs!
The team did amazing job on my car. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for car detailing in the area. Left my sunroof open during a storm. Left a nasty damp smell in my car. My seats look brand new in the smell has been removed from my car I couldn't be more pleased.
Gray Brothers has done great work for me in the past, but maybe they’re getting just a bit sloppy. They did a full detail on my 2023 Dodge Challenger, and at first glance, it looked good. The car was shiny and glossy. Surprisingly, the car was finished very quickly. After I looked it over, it turns out they didn’t vacuum the trunk or clean the windows. Yes, I brought the car back to them and they completed the work, but I shouldn’t have had to do that. One would think that someone would check the car over before delivering it to the customer. Additionally, there were a lot of spots on the car showing wax residue which I chose not to address with them. I’ll go back to them in the future, but I’ll have to be sure to inspect the car with a fine toothed comb before taking it home next time.
My daughter is in college nearby and has essentially just put gas and driven her car for the last 2 years. We wanted to get her car cleaned and waxed before the upcoming school year, and I called Ray to discuss their services. We agreed on a wash and wax with a little inside cleaning. When my daughter dropped off the car, Ray was professional and didn't try to upsell her. They cleaned her car better than when it was new, and even removed a coffee stain on the driver's seat that' been there for years. Overall extremely happy with their services and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Did an amazing job detailing my wife’s X5 after a messy incident with our dog. Will be back with my other cars.
