Gray Manor Apartments

This property truly should be investigated by L&I or condemned. I have a client who resides here that I visit every 6 months for the last 3yrs to ensure safety and welfare BUT with her living here it is IMPOSSIBLE TO DO SO!!! She has a whole in the floor of her bathroom with pipes and the wooden beams exposed. There rats and large cockroaches roaming freely throughout the entire building from the hallways, entrances and exits. It’s moldy as well in the hallways. My client refrigerator goes out every other month or don’t work at all causing her food and home delivered meals by Medicaid to go bad. The kitchen cabinets are literally hanging on by a thread. Hoping one does not fall on her. She also has no hot water to bathe and a functioning shower. Please make it make sense. I called the “new

I visit my best friend here and he say that management is a bully. The floor he is on its smells very heavy like mildew, which is mildew. They do a carpet cleaning every two days but it still smells strong. I will be calling the City to report it. He has lungs problem and it causing him short breathing and barely can walk through the hallway with losing his air to breathe. He’s always in the hospital because breathing difficulties. I hope someone read this and remove those carpeting before he suffer a major sickness. I had to rush home and take a shower because the smell was on my clothes and I was coughing as well.

Coming to live at Gray manor is like anywhere, else mine your business and sray out of theirs Management is ok i wouldn't say it's 500 Stars a lot changed here since i been here I'll be living here 3 years its getting worse!

Needs work door been broken for months, management seem to forget age of clients.

Some people are friendly but the building stays dirty
