Oh wow, best kept secret in King George! I called ahead and was able to reserve a time the next day for a state inspection. I got there 10 minutes early and they immediately started on the car. I found the folks at Gray's friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough, but also quite timely. I was in and out in 35 minutes, which may be a first for me for state inspections (I've waited hours before). And very reasonable rates to boot. My boyfriend has been coming here for years, and now I can see why. 5 stars, easy!

Terrible experience — avoid this company After my wife’s accident, the police helped us arrange a tow, but this towing company later moved the car to their body shop without informing us. They ignored calls from both us and our insurance, making it impossible to move the car or get clear info on their charges. It felt like they were trying to keep the car longer just to bill more. On top of the stress of the accident, this company made things much worse. Highly unprofessional.

I dropped our car on December 30th, 2024 in the afternoon to have the exhaust pipe welded back in place. He took it in right away and had it ready the next day. They are very nice and trustworthy and the price was lower than other places had quoted. This repair shop is a true gem in our town! I’ll definitely be bringing our other 4 vehicles here from now on.
