I had such a great experience at Grey’s Auto and Tire Repair. Everyone there was incredibly kind and professional from start to finish. They did an excellent job fixing my control arms and radiator — my car runs perfectly now! It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I really appreciate their honesty and great service. Highly recommend as a young college student looking for a honest helpful mechanic!!!

These guys are terrible. I brought in 4 tires and 4 wheels. They ruined one of the tires then called and gave me the wrong size so I ordered another tire the wrong sized. Then I go pick the tires up and they charge me to put the one on they destroyed. Avoid this place like the plague. They ruined my life for 2 days. Moving on.

No question about it, this is my new shop. I got an outrageous quote from a big name shop a couple blocks away, and a friend referred me to Grays for a second opinion. Not only was the job the other shop quoted me $1,600 for NOT EVEN NEEDED, but Grays found an issue that only a true automotive detective could find. An issue that is a lot cheaper to fix, at that. Thanks to their care and knowledge, I’m saving money and actually fixing what’s wrong rather than chasing dollars for a large company abbreviated by TW. Grays is the one. Go here.

I will only be using Gray’s from now on. They have incredible customer service and do honest work. I had two friends recommend this spot and I can definitely see why!
