Gray's Tire & Service Center

Here's the quick story of my experience: My mother got a flat from a screw on the interstate close to the exit. I drove from Bham to go help her put her spare donut on just in time before Gray's closed. We called 15 min before they closed to beg for help patching her tire because she had a long trip. back home that evening. They were very welcoming and helpful once we arrived. After patching the tire, installing it back on the car and placing the spare back in the compartment. They were gracious enough to say that the service was at no charge. The whole experience was top notch, and professional. Thank you to the guys there that helped with everything.

My family was traveling home from Tennessee after Thanksgiving when our truck started making a grinding sound every time we hit the brakes. We called Grays and the agreed to see us without hesitation. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and so accommodating. Their facility was immaculate. We were traveling with two small girls and they even had a kids corner. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.

Grey’s Tire & Service Center is very helpful and are able to help you with whatever needs you have. Everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. The staff is very nice and definitely went above and beyond to help me. Will definitely return in the future. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I drove over 400 miles from Hilton Head, SC to Clanton...with a nail in my tire (unknowingly). The nail decided to abandon ship and would have left me stranded or limping home on a spare. Gray's installed a lifetime patch and plug and saved me a lot of $$$ on having tk replace a pretty new tire. Plus the confidence of knowing that I'm riding on a permanent fix and not a temporary plug. The best!

On our trip to Florida from Illinois I encountered a low tire warning. Pulled off at a strange exit asked a person in a gas station if there was a tire place and she sent me to Grays. I was impressed with How clean the facility was. But I was more impressed on how I was treated. Chad Simmons took care of me quickly to get me back on the road. He was very Understanding, polite and seemed to really care about my situation. It turned out to be a cut in my tire. He did not try to sell me new tires Or try to sell me anything else. He said this was going to be fixed and Not to worry. we were on the road in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them to anybody a real class place.
