Trustworthy mechanic- I took my car in because the engine was shaking. Grayson’s looked at my car, knew what was going on, and referred me to warranty services for a new engine. The engine replacement was approved under warranty today by the manufacturer of my vehicle. Grayson’s didn’t charge for helping me figure out what was going on. Other places have charged me $35 for diagnosing it wrong. On top of the wrong diagnosis fee, the other mechanic wanted to charge me $340 to replace the spark plugs, which would not have fixed the engine needing to be replaced. Grayson’s understood what the issue with my car was and didn’t tack on as many charges as they could have like some other mechanics seem to. I will be going back to Grayson’s in the future. Hopefully it won’t be for a whole new engine

Very reliable auto service center. They stay booked up with work, with 3 well experienced techs in the shop, but the emphasis is on accuracy and quality workmanship. Most of these type repairs and services they offer can be time-consuming, so be patient.
