Grease Monkey

Our car went into limp mode on the way home from Coeur d’Alene, and my wife and daughter (a new driver) pulled into Grease Monkey in Athol. Manager Butch quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, explained everything clearly to my daughter with respect and patience, and even gave them a discount. He treated them with genuine care during a stressful moment and got them safely back on the road fast. Above and beyond service—highly recommend! Thank you, Butch!

We took our 24 ft rv in for oil change. They did everything right and were courteous, friendly and welcoming. Even got two doggy treats for our Little Jack Russell. He was happy too.

I spoke to Hailey on the phone a couple of times before bringing my car in for a coolant flush in November. She was very helpful, polite and professional. I live about 20 minutes away so that initial contact put me at ease about giving them a try. The day I took my car in she was just as helpful and professional about getting me taken care of. I like the convenience of the nearby restaurants and shopping. So I had lunch nearby and about an hour later got a call from Hailey that I was all set to go. The cost of the service was right about what she estimated when I first called and the time in and out worked out perfectly. I know it can vary as they don't take appointments for this sort of thing. I'm very happy with the whole experience and will be back soon for an oil change... and lunch.

EVERY SECTION IN this place is WONDERFULLY CLEAN, including the bathroom which has a changing table and fun little kids play area and it's very ORGANIZED!! FREE LOYALTY PROGRAM They even have a Great Refreshment section. Well WORTH the drive to have all my cars serviced here. I have had 3 of my vehicles serviced here for transmission flushes, oil changes, as well as, all cabin air filters etc they always ask before doing anything so there is never any hidden surprise cost. I had such a great experience working with Haylee when I brought my car in for an oil change and some repairs. She made the whole process stress-free and kept me updated every step of the way. Haylee really cares about her customers—she explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. It’s rare to find someone in customer service who goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of, but Haylee does exactly that.
