Friendly, efficient, thorough, not pushy. We’ve used many of the other guys and have recently made this store our 1st option for personal and work trucks. Lee, the manager, and the Kaysha, my attendant, were helpful and friendly.

I was in Beaumont and needed an oil change before I got back on the road. Lee ( Service Center Manager) could not have been more welcoming and professional. Chase (The Service Technician) could not have been more thorough, polite, and professional. In an era where customer service is at an all time low and prices are at an all time high, these guys keep it old school and take pride in their work and customer interactions. I highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed.

Visit was enlightening. Lee was eyes on the minute I pulled up to Grease Monkey. First was a need for tire rotation which I gladly accepted. Then I was told I needed a new battery which came at a good price. Thankful for their services and recommendations all in one stop shop.

They are very welcoming and got the job done. I will definitely recommend.Very patient and kind. Especially since I don't know anything about cars. We had to get a headlights changed. Thank you so much we will definitely be back again.

Amazing customer service today from the manager and to his employees. He is knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommended everyone to stop there for an oil change and I will be going back!
