Grease Monkey

When I left the Grease Monkey in Fort Lupton my car started chugging. I turned around and went back to have them look at it. They looked at it and said the chugging had nothing to do with anything they did but when I left that time there was no chugging. Then my check engine light came on. I didn’t go back because they were dishonest the first time that they did anything wrong. My husband checked the cover for the air filter and it wasn’t bolted down that is why my check engine light came on. I have coming to this location for over 10 years. I won’t be back

Very fast oil change this afternoon. Great experience overall, I just really wish they would have put a new sticker on my car for the oil change reminder

Went in this morning for an oil change was able to get in and out super friendly employees i will definitely be coming back here not to mention had a reasonable price!!! My car is definitely running so much better

I swore that I wouldn't go back to any Grease Monkey for what happened at a different location in Brighton and corporate didn't really do a whole lot to hold the store in Brighton liable they did drain my oil but forgot to put any back in and I always double check anyone when I got home about 6 miles away and noticed no oil so I went to grease monkey in ft lupton and they took note of everything and they did put oil in and checked everything for free to me . So I have to say I went back today to the ft lupton store and they were very nice and professional and made sure I felt at ease with everything and said they would like to get my business back. Really disappointed in the service here. My wife brought her car in for an oil change. When she took it off the lot the first time the transmission was slipping which it had never done before. We took it back several times for them to try and fix what they broke. They couldn’t find any answers. We took it to a transmission shop down the street. They told us it was highly likely that they made several mistakes during our oil change. Almost $400 later we kindly went to grease monkey asking them to reimburse us for their mistakes. To which they did. And then the check bounced several days later. The district manager told us that they sent “a couple bad checks out” and that we see another one in the mail. A month later we still have received nothing from them. And still have yet to hear back.
