Grease Monkey

I came in yesterday 02/20, and had a great experience from start to finish. Two gentlemen serviced my car there for an oil change and they had amazing customer service, they were extremely fast, and explained the prices upfront while also helping me get the coupons online to save some money! If you need an oil change, I highly recommend stopping by! It was the most seamless process I’ve had with getting an oil change. Thank y’all again!

I’m a Senior, so any time I have to have something done with my car it can be quite stressful. I went in for an Oil Change. Quoted me the price up front. Came in to Wait Center to show me I needed a new air filter. But, no pressure on making that decision. I saw what my current one looked like. No question that had to go! They were absolutely wonderful! So friendly, kind & professional. To, the 2 Gentleman who Serviced my Car, in the late Afternoon, on Monday 12/8, THANK YOU! They also made sure my tire pressures were correct. And, reset my “Change Oil Light Alert”. If I could give more Stars, I would double them! If you want Fair & Exceptional Service, give them your Business. You will not regret the decision to do so.

Asked about lube on the driveshaft of Toyota four runner. They said cars don’t have them anymore and I informed him four runner has 6 zerts. After changing oil I asked him if they found them and performed service and he stated once again it does not have any!! So now I have to find another shop to finish this job.. never use grease monkey again..
