Excellent service!! The manager was very transparent and knowledgeable. Super friendly as well. I went for 2 things and did not plan on anything else, even though most places try to talk you into other things. I've been around mechanics most my life, so I do know a little. I wound up needing a couple extras. But, I was shown exactly what I needed and why. So I had the little extras done. I will definitely go back :)

Great bunch of people. Gave me exactly what I asked for (Oil change). Let me know of other issues, that I was already aware of, but not pushy or pressure for more work. The fact they called out problems I already knew about, told me they were just being thorough and not just trying to up sell me on something. I'm the silver ram with a packed bed of tools BTW. Had a great experience at Grease Monkey thanks to Duane. From the moment we pulled in, he was hilarious, super helpful, and really knew his stuff. He walked us through everything with our car and made sure everything was working perfectly before we left. He kept us entertained the whole time, joked around with us, and made the whole experience feel easy instead of stressful. The service was fast, solid, and our car sounds and runs great now. This was our first time here, but we’ll definitely be back plenty of times in the future. If you get Duane, you’re in good hands.
