Grease Monkey

I found the service excellent. I had not used Grease Monkey shops before. I'm from California, and had my favorite mechanics that took care of my car. The personnel at this Grease Monkey on Frank St in Lufkin were so helpful and informative as well as polite. I felt like they cared about my safety and maintenance of my car. I expected only an oil change but they checked my tires, lights, brakes and fluids and battery. I did have them replace my battery and wiper blades. When I left the shop, my car ran beautifully. As an 80 year old woman, I appreciate courtesy and confidence in service.

Great customer service and I was served right away! All services were explained and my vehicle received a full checkup just as I would’ve at my doctor’s appointments! 😆 I’m very pleased with the service I received today after visiting two companies which either didn’t have the right supplies or were closed!

Got my oil changed it was a fast smooth service Ms. Karen explained everything to me Mr. Dwayne did the computer stuff I believed Zac did my oil change and air for tires etc. And Austin was there doing another service. Anyway this spot is way better than that other spot on for sure. This one opened my mind to coming back to Grease monkey. Will be back for other services.

Staff was excellent, explained pricing, car diagnostic status, and recommendations thoroughly. I didn’t feel forced to add on extra services other than the oil change I requested and was back on the road within 20 minutes!
