Grease Monkey

As always, very professional and friendly personnel, in addition to their normal speedy service. Took my new car to them when the dealership couldn't be bothered to call me back about my first "free" oil change. As Grease Monkey reports to Carfax and keeps my warranty in tack for normal maintance, Grease Monkey will be a place I whole-heartedly recommend to anyone needing service.

Nice folks to change oil. They used my oil and filter - I like a specific kind of Mobil one. Another they use that mostly. They also fixed my three lights that were out - one headlight and two license plate lights for reasonable prices. Then they gave me a 10% discount as a Veteran. I recommend them.

Fast, efficient service. They always communicate well with anything going on with my car, even if it won't bring money to them. They are knowledgeable as well. I've been using them for a few years now.

My sticker said I was due an oil change. There was a note on the account to change the mileage that my husband had put on. I was unaware of this. The technician came to me that the oil was still in great condition, told me about the notation and offered to finish checking the fluid levels, tire pressure & change the mileage due for the next oil change at no charge. These people have always given excellent service. A woman has always been treated like an idiot when it comes to cars. I on the other hand have a background in automotive and am no pushover. Even though they didn't know this I never felt like I was being played. They have my business for life & I recommend them every chance I get.

Guys were very quick and thorough… No high pressure. The service was great. I have never had a oil change service check my cabin filter. Very impressed.
