Grease Monkey

Too busy trying to upsell that they fail the basics. Took 35 minutes to get an oil change. They spent 95% of time checking other things (which is not what I went there for). If the additional checks didn’t delay the requested service so drastically, I wouldn’t mind but it’s too much. They removed way more rivets than needed to access the oil filter and DID NOT REPLACE THEM. I’ve been coming here for YEARS but will not return.

Brandon and his entire crew were fantastic! Everyone was on point, friendly, paid attention to detail, and showed pride in their work. I'd been a customer of the old business for many years , InstaQuik, and they were good, but I'd have to say the new Grease Monkeys have raised the bar for customer service :) As a business owner myself, who takes great pride in what I do, it's really nice when I see this with other businesses as well. 5 stars :)

I was very impressed with all the services I received today! The shop manager was very knowledgeable and he had an amazing team with him, thanks for making me at ease with my car issues! They fixed everything in a timely manner

Brandon, the store manager, consistently provides great customer service and always treats me with respect. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The team is quick, professional, and transparent. This is the only place I go for oil changes. Prices are affordable as well.

I drive every day from Tampa to St Pete for work, my car is 22 years old. I explained all this to the gentleman that helped me initially and he was very supportive and kind. I was in and out I think in less than an hour, and everybody was respectful and busy doing! I appreciate their prompt service and attention to detail. I had asked if while they were under the car they could tell me where my oil leak was and they told me it was the oil pan gasket. That was a great help to me.. and I appreciate the extra few minutes they took to take a look!! In addition they didn't try to upsell me anything, they actually went the extra mile to try to give me good advice and alleviate some of the cost, by explaining the differences between oil services.
