Grease Monkey

As far as I am concerned, I had a great experience at Grease Monkey on the day after Christmas... Austin was great, patient, polite, knowledgeable, and he really made me feel special, the way he took special attention and time for my personal needs. The waiting time was also short. Their business is also linked to Carfax, which is great, so you don't have to update your records yourself :)

Received an oil change and I noticed the cords they had running along side of my car scratched the bottom of my car. Called corporate and still no return phone call. Update (12-31-2025) since you have replied to my comment. Someone reached out to me and said they would check the camera footage to see what happened. Well, I've heard nothing since.

They were kind and made us feel comfortable with the work that they were doing on my vehicle. Did not take a long time to do the work on my vehicle. Pleasant and supportive in the process. Will recommend to all of my family and friends.

I love this place in Winter Haven. They treat me with honesty and true professionalism, and they took the time to educate me about my vehicle without ever making me feel pressured to buy anything unnecessary. Thank you all for the excellent service.

The service was great and the auto tech was very informative and suggested good maintenance options.
