The Technician was so friendly and professional and very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me. He explained everything very well, So I, could understand what service I needed. I even had a discount coupon that they sent to their customers. I was very impressed with that. My oil change and other service didn't take long at all. Thank you for your timely and kind service.

Even though there was a (rare) line when I got there, they got through it decently fast. They apologized and made sure I got to use a good coupon. They offered me a cheaper type of oil than I thought I needed, and because I was in a hurry skipped the tire check (on request) and any upsell/ filters/ wipers attempts. (Or maybe the type of car that I brought in made it clear that I have no money😆) They got through the diagnostic quickly and gave me a good idea what was going on with the car. But anyway the under 50 oil change is back, baby!

The technicians were very professional, nice, and explained the process so that I could understand the services they were providing. They were fast and thorough, but good. I enjoyed going to Grease Monkey and I recommend them to anyone looking for an oil change and other services that they provide.

One Saturday I locked my keys in my car! I was just right down the road from them, so I went to them and asked if they could help! They said yes without any hesitation! They tried a few different things but were not successful! But they were very nice in trying to help and they didn’t even charge me ! I’m very appreciative of their efforts!!!
