SPECIAL SHOUT OUT - Sean Pines has been nothing short of amazing. 🤩 Can definitely say he has been such a blessing, and was the key person in our experience that made any stress melt away. He’s super kind, beyond respectful, and will even help you out when he’s sitting in a barber’s chair 💈. Pretty sure we have a new friend, and cannot complain.

Brought my unit in for warranty service. Had Chris for my advisor. Total professionalism and knowledge! Each step of the process was perfectly orchestrated. No rush through and totally took the time to answer all my questions as well as things I hadn't thought of. Left with total confidance that my rig was in good hands. Have a buddy with an out of warranty unit that has solar issues. Have reccomended GA to him. Clean neat environment and really nice RV accessory store as well! Extremely happy with the process so far. Will update this review when service is complete. I have every confidence the follow up will be just as good.
