Great Bear 15 Minute Oil Change

I’m new to the area and noticed that my oil light was flickering while I was headed out to dinner with family. Being that it said it’s a 15 minute oil change I pulled up. It was promptly greeted by a pleasant young man who took my car and I went into the main waiting area and a very nice gentlemen greeted me. Apparently my oil was pretty low, which I did not realize because I didn’t notice any oil leaks in my driveway however they were very kind to me and let me know. This also told me that I needed a new serpentine belt. Unfortunately, I am on a very tight budget as most people are and I had to pass on it this visit but the gentleman said I could pay a $29 deposit and they would order the belt I could come back the following weekend and have it done. Google should really add a zero star option. My mom took her car to her a oil change here. $100+ later it appears no change was done since the car was making noises due to low oil level. When I went to drain the pan it was all black. Very disappointing from a business that would do this to their customers. Would recommend not going here or doing it yourself.

My boyfriend was going to take my car for a “quick” oil change - they were told NOT to start work until he let me know what the total would be. Instead the “oops couldn’t stop” snd tried to charge him $228! For an oil change that’s $89 at Jiffy Lube. $50 for wiper blades - the two pack is $15 at Walmart. Absolutely will be marking whatever they charged as fraudulent - how is this business even open?! You don’t get to charge for work that’s not authorized - when a customer says DO NOT start until I confirm this price is ok (it absolutely was not!) that means don’t start. If you “oops” do it anyway? That’s on you.

I called around to several locations before settling on this spot by far hands-down best customer service best pricing in the area. I wasn’t even in there for 15 minutes and there was zero sales pressure anything that should be done to my vehicle. They asked if I declined no worries I would personally recommend this place to anybody who wants quality and I promise you will not be disappointed.
