I recently was having issues with the wiring harnesses on my vehicle. I took my vehicle to Great Lakes Auto Repair and they were quick to diagnose and repair the wiring. It wasn't long after picking my vehicle up that the issue happened again so I brought my vehicle back. I worked with Aaron and he went above and beyond to help resolve the issue that I was having. I am grateful for his patience and caring personality that he took his time to explain everything in a way that I could understand. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. My battery crapped out on me after a long day of work, limped my car into the parking lot right before close, they didn’t have the battery I needed so these angels ordered it from their supplier, it arrived in 15 min and was installed soon after. WARNING, DO NOT GO THERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY BROKE MY HOOD LATCH AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR A ENGINE COOLANT LEAK AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR THEM BREAKING MY CAR. I AM SERIOUSLY THINKING ABOUT TAKING FURTHER ACTION . I BET THEY DON’T KNOW WHO REFERRED ME!!!! I brought my vehicle in with the hood closed and functioning. While the car was in the shop’s possession, they attempted to open the hood without notifying me or getting my authorization, including accessing it from underneath and applying force. As a result, the hood latch was damaged. Before their attempt, the hood would at least open partially, allowing access to the secondary latch. After their actions, the hood is now sealed shut, does not open even partially, and there is no leverage to relea

I came in with a brake concern. The team took a look and diagnosed my issue promptly. The parts had to be ordered but as soon as they came in they got my vehicle back in and fixed it in a timely manor. It’s been a week since and my vehicle is back to 100%. From the front desk to the guys in the back of the shop my experience was great. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, quality, and affordable work.
