Great Lakes Best One Tire & Service

Today was very cold day, and One of my driver was complaining about air loose on his box truck, he went to this shop, Great Lakes best one tires& services, These guys who works there even I dont know his name, They took off both tires from rim, inspected and found out that problem was because of nozzles, Of course they replaced the nozzles for both wheels and they didn’t charge me, Thanks for this store being very polite and help, I recommend everyone to come here …

We pulled in unannounced with our ambulance, said we had a flat tire and we were out the door in less than 20 minutes!!! They found a nail in the sidewall, had a new tire on hand and had us back on the road in no time. It was incredible! Super nice people, awesome service even though it was cold with slushy ice everywhere! Top notch!

These locations have very low skilled technicians. I wouldn’t recommend even letting them change a lug nut on any vehicles. I took a 2000 Ford F-350 7.3 wrecker tow truck in to have some repairs done. Specifically being: a hydraulic ram for the wheel lift, new ball joints, new tie rods, new sway bar links, new tires, and a complimentary oil change. Their “top” mechanic changed a fuel filter without my consent. When removing the old one, he pounded the filter housing cap off with a hammer and broke the housing. Nobody told me, got my truck back not running and leaking fuel. Was assured by their top tech that it was 100% the filter housing. Upon replacing the filter housing, the truck still wouldn’t run. Called them for an on sight tractor tire repair. He didn't have anyone immediately but he worked on finding someone for me and got it fixed in no time! Really went above and beyond!! Greatly appreciated

Good place for delivery, arrive, back in to dock empty and go. Just little fun for loading dock depending on with way you came from but not real bad. Either way the load will empty.
