We loved the RV from the very first moment we saw it at the WPB Show! The KZ Connect truly stands out for its attention to detail and quality finishes — it really makes you feel right at home. Jim was fantastic to work with. He explained every detail clearly and thoroughly, and we never felt pressured at any point (unlike some other places we visited). That made a huge difference for us. The purchase process was smooth and quick (thanks Su!), and what we appreciated most was the transparency in pricing — no surprises. We had an amazing experience with Great Time RVs this past weekend at the RV show. The entire staff was outstanding from start to finish. Bob, the owner, was incredibly helpful and straightforward, and Susan and Jim went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and confident with our purchase. We ended up buying the 31 Connect GT Edition, and the whole process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. You can really tell they care about their customers and stand behind what they sell. We just purchased a travel trailer and it couldn’t have been easier! Jim was tremendous! He took us through a few different models before we chose the one that worked for our situation, and he was extremely knowledgable on all the ones we looked at. Once we decided on a model, it was very easy to do business and finalize the purchase. No gimmicks, or tricks. Everything was straight forward and easy to understand. They made our tight timeframe work. Jim took us through the ins and outs before we got on our way. I cannot sing their praises enough. I was referred to Great Time RVs by a friend, and boy, they did not disappoint. They have superseded my expectations beyond measure, from the first time I went to look at their lot. I was not actively looking to buy, and there was literally zero pressure, which felt amazing. But seven days later I changed my mind and was the proud owner of my first RV. They taught me EVERYTHING. Two hour sessions easily turned into four, and they were always patient, not only teaching me all about my new RV and hitch, but showing and practicing with me how to drive it.
