They fixed my Passat and she's running like a panther. I had gotten it fixed and needed to drive it to MN. Lost my skid plate and my coolant light came back on. It was a $20 fix and they got me in fast. About to call them about a Mercedes that needs fluids and tires after sitting. The service guy was super patient with me and the guys up front are so kind and welcoming.

I purchased tires 2 years ago from Great Western. Had a slow leak on one of the tires. I brought it in for repair at another shop and they said it could not be repaired due to age of tires. I called Jerry (the owner) and he set up an appointment for me. Upon arrival he said he would replace tires at no cost. What a great experience. It's great to know customer service is still alive. If you need tires, Jerry's the man.

This is a great local business with some really amazing employees! They take their time and address all the issues you might be concerned about. I HIGHLY recommend Matt for any vehicle services you may need. Kind, professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable..... great service overall!

These folks have serviced everything we own. They are the only shop to work on our vehicles ( which includes a Jeep, 3500 Dodge dually, Chevy 2500 service truck, and a GMC 3500 dually). The staff has always been great to work with. Extremely competent in everything they do. Very customer concerned, and service oriented. We trust them enough to recommend them to family without hesitation or regret.

Rude inconsiderate actually met a few of these mechanics in person out side of this shop and I will never take my car to such awful people who could care less about your car or its maintenance. There are other good more reasonable shops in the area that isn’t great western tire.
