Exceptional Service and Honesty at Greatwood Automotive - Thank You, Luis ​After spending over $1,000 at another shop only to have my Chevy Trailblazer's A/C problems persist, I brought my truck to Greatwood Automotive, and I am so glad I did. ​Luis and his team truly embody what it means to be professional and trustworthy mechanics. Luis took the time to genuinely listen to my frustrating history with the A/C issue and promised they would figure it out—and they did! ​It turned out to be a simple fix, a service valve where the Freon goes in, also found a resistor issue which was a separate issue for my A/C not blowing correctly inside. Luis provided a detailed estimate with photos and took the time to explain everything to me in layman's terms so I could fully understand what was needed.

I had never taken my Cadillac Escalade to any repair shop but the dealer. My vehicle was not starting on the first try intermittently. This persisted even after replacing my 3-1/2 year old battery. I called Greatwood Automotive, and after discussing with Mike decided the starter was the next logical solution. I was able to get the repair done on the same day & it was reasonably priced. Mike was easy to work with.

I had an alignment done here. I dropped the car off and picked it up a few hours later. Everything was good, but the steering wheel was slightly off even though the car held the line fine and drove well. I mentioned it when I came back. After a quick chat with Tony, their alignment specialist, he put the car back on the rack, adjusted it, and asked me to set the steering wheel to my liking. He fixed it right away, got me back on the road, and made sure I was satisfied. Before coming here, I went to another shop that tried to rip me off by pushing unnecessary diagnostics and a much more expensive alignment. Here, they don’t try to upsell you or play games - they just offer real solutions to your problems.
