I am writing to formally complain about my experience with your company regarding a defective car part and the way my case was handled. I picked up part of my order in October. The remaining part was not ready at that time and stayed in a car, so I was only able to pick it up in November. After installation, my electrician checked the part yesterday and confirmed that it does not work. The part already contains a troubleshooting/error code that is impossible to delete, which means it is defective and unusable. I contacted your store to return or exchange the part. Your manager told me that this was not possible because of a “25-day warranty.” I explained that the warranty period should start from the date I picked up the part in November, not October, and that today is only November 24.

One of the best auto recycling yards in our area. Parts are always as described and in good condition.
