Green Clean Express Auto Wash

I go come to this car wash about once a week. I've noticed the last 3 to four times I visited the back of my pilot is not clean. It looks as if the brushes aren't touching it at all. Im not sure if this is a maintenance issue or if the car behind me is too close. It is bothersome to have to come home and re-clean the back of my car. Is this something that can be looked into and possibly remedied?

DO NOT GO HERE. This is by far the worst Green Clean in Hampton Roads. Graham, the so-called manager, has no clue what he's doing. He gave me the wrong instructions as I pulled into the wash, telling me to go straight when I was supposed to turn right. Because of that, the machine tore off my hubcap. Instead of helping, he lazily handed them to me like it was nothing. No apology, no fix, no effort. On top of that, the wash quality is awful. My car never comes out fully clean. The windows still have residue, which is likely because the brushes are filthy and not properly maintained. The machines also fail to clean my rocker panels, so I always end up wiping them down myself. In order to get a clean vehicle, I would have to go through multiple times, but I am not risking another broken hub

Do not use this car wash. Took my 2019 Outback through the wash and immediately noticed scratches all over my car when I came out. The person who went through in front of me was parked right next to me and he had scratches all over his BMW as well. We both immediately put claims in with them and they basically told both of us to pound sand. They said they had circled all four doors when we entered so they wouldn't cover the damages. They never had us sign anything so they can just make up whatever they want as they go. Filed a claim through my insurance and they will be seeking damages from the car wash. Completely unacceptable business practices. I know mistakes happen, but when you are unwilling to fix those mistakes that's where I draw the line.

The wash was good but I had to move to different vacuums twice because they were broken. First one was clogged and the second one, the attachment was completely broken from the hose.

Had to start coming to this one, because my usual favorite place is not in service. Been here 2x, no complaints so far. Customer service was good.
