Green Clean Express Auto Wash

Literally got scammed when all I wanted was a car wash. I was told I might’ve as well done the monthly one, and with the snow prospects I agreed to do the monthly price for basic wash. What the old man failed to mention is that I was signing up for a monthly MEMBERSHIP which is much different than being told “once the month ends you can peel the sticker off”. Impossible to get ahold of anyone so I will dispute the charges with my bank. Nice scam, keep it up!

Love coming here and getting my car washed and vacuumed! I get the cheap $7 wash and it does a great job! Make sure to go in and buy the $4 microfiber towel that after you use and get dirty you return/ exchange for a clean one in the office! Such a great deal! I love that they have a hoses on the right and left side. This helps tremendously and makes vacuuming so much easier. You aren’t struggling with one hose that gets wrapped around your car when you clean the opposite side. The facility is so nice and clean and easily accessible from the main road. An employee is always outside and ready to help you pick the right car wash for you.

The man at the front entrance is incredibly rude, I apologize for being in the wrong lane and said it was my mistake, he continued to laugh in my face and imply that I am stupid and cannot read. Incredibly disrespectful, I will never come back based off of that one experience. Anytime I’ve come here. Everyone has been so kind, and I’ve never been told that despite the fact that one lane is designed specifically for members, I’ve always been told that someone paying for a single wash could use either lane. I’ve been coming to this location since you opened it on shore Drive and pleasure house, The memberships so I certainly spend a ton of money there and I’ve never felt it so insulted in my life by something that could’ve easily been avoided by him not speaking to people that way. The facilities are nice, but it's next to impossible to cancel the "subscription" they push. You need the account # (on a sticker they attach to the inside windshield), which is not readable from the window. Removing the sticker causes it to shred into unreadable bits. I had to call the credit card company to cancel.

I recently visited the new Green Clean Express Auto Wash location on Shore Drive, and it was a fantastic experience, just like always! I’ve been a member of their monthly unlimited car wash plan, which I initially purchased at their Virginia Beach Blvd location. The great part is that I can use my membership at any of their locations, making it super convenient. The car wash itself does an excellent job every time, leaving my car spotless. I especially appreciate the added extras that come with the service—free vacuums, air for your tires, and even air fresheners. The unlimited car wash membership is definitely worth it for anyone who wants to keep their car looking clean without breaking the bank.
