Green Toyota Service

Customer service was terrible. I went in for regular service and to address a few recall issues. The quoted time was 3.5 hours, but my wife had to call and get a status after approximately 6 hours. Upon arrival, I inquired about when the work was actually completed to which I got a snippy, "I don't know." After asking to find out, the actual "service advisor" came over and was defensive with a hostile tone. Upon asking why he had a hostile tone, he said he did not. I asked to speak to the service manager. The service manager did a much better job of taking responsibility for the actions of subordinates. That is why this is not a one star experience. I would not recommend service here if it can be avoided.

Green Toyota is absolutely horrible for service and green for life warranty. Will not honor oil changes done by owner with records and parts purchased from them. Kept my vehicle for several months for sunroof shade replacement and damaged interior ceiling left grey ceiling with grease spots and hand prints all over the ceiling. Then they busted my winshield and said it was already broken. They had to replace that because I had pictures of when I dropped it off. The GM finally got involved and replaced the ceiling. However they did not put sunroof back correctly as recently we we had a rain storm and the roof leaked and poured in while driving. Lost my business and trust when charged me for something covered under my warranty. They saw the make model and yr of my vehicle. They should have known that

I bought a vehicle with a recall. Carmen was so y accommodating and rude! She made me call back 3 times! I wish S&K could have handled the recall as they are so friendly and accommodating but instead I was stuck dealing with her. She told me “you should have checked the recalls are you stupid” I was shocked! I wish S&K could handled my recall they are so nice and accommodating. Green was raciest and rude!

(See edit) Understandably, during Covid they had to limit how many customers could wait in their service waiting room and so stopped letting you schedule online unless you used their shuttle or had a ride. They haven't changed this back.In 2024 I want to schedule online AND wait while they work on my car. Edit: As of 11/24 they are doing construction involving the waiting area so to be fair, they again have few spots for waiting. If I were to wait, the 1st available is in 5 weeks; using their shuttle it's a couple days. My request is that when the waiting area is done, please resume online scheduling for all routine/maintenance service appointments. Your staff will appreciate it too.
