Experience was almost too good. I told the store what the issue with the car was from my own mechanic. They did an inspection and said maybe not. My guy is very reliable and then retested and so oh, yes, you are correct. Just took longer but they communicated well. And did make sure I wasn’t spending money if I didn’t positively need to do it!!

Had a great experience on Friday, 1/30/26, at the dealership with James Jeffers at the service counter. He was very cordial and informative regarding the service on my car. His detailed explanation on battery warranty and future service was much appreciated. Ben did a PHENOMENAL JOB helping me with my tire sensor issue. He removed my generic tire sensor that should not have been installed at Mazda and put in the correct sensor. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful by resetting my dashboard display. He and the other technicians in the service department were very willing to help me with this problem and got me back ON THE ROAD AGAIN!! Thank you very much Ben!!!

No one likes when you "check engine" light suddenly comes on. My stress level was very high, but my service Rep, Anthony was a god-send. He was super friendly and helped guide me through the 3-day process of repairs. My shuttle driver, Jason, was wonderful each time he drove me to and from.

First time that I could schedule an appointment in an efficient manner by talking to the person who answered the telephone without being transferred and waiting for an extended period of time. Staff greeted me immediately when i delivered the car and readily processed the work order that needed to be completed. I was notified when the work was completed and payment was quick. Good Job!
