Greenfield Auto Sales

I never actually went to Greenfield Auto. My daughter purchased from them. When she explained to her sales rep, that her dad (me) has been on the auto repair business for 30 years and would like to look over any car before it is purchased. He let her drive the car a little over an hour away from their dealership, so that I could do that. That says a lot about this place. They also worked with her on the pricing that I told her would be a fair price to purchase the car at. All in all (even though) I never stepped a toe in this place, I would recommend them just for the way they handled the whole thing and took care of my daughter and the purchase of her new (to her) Mazda 6. Greenfield Auto Sales was well worth the drive from Missouri. Luke is straight forward and very easy to work with and the car I purchased was a great deal and checked out in great condition by my mechanic. Thanks!

The first time I spoke with him, he said, if I called before I traveled 3 hrs he would hold the vehicle until I arrived. I called before I left home, 45 min after I left home, he called and said he had someone coming 1hr & 20 min away, and wasn't holding it for me. So I drove 1.5 hrs for nothing, and they are not people of there word.

didnt go down on price of the van we bought and told us it had 2 row dvd n 2nd row heated seats which it did not.headsets n books were missing out of the van as well

Very friendlygood customer service was very helpful when they didn't have what I needed they sent me down the street and got me a good deal. highly recommend.
