I wish I could give them zero stars. They never answer the phones, so let's start there. How do you run a business and not answer your phones? I had a pressure washer shipped to them over a year ago for a warranty claim. They accepted it and ignored all communication going forward. Apparently a few months later they claimed to have fixed it and were provided a shipping label to send it back. It's been 11 months since and the never did, and still do not answer phones. Worst, worst company. I can't even compare them to the worst. They're literally bottom of the bucket.

Dennis and Mike did an excellent job on our John Deere mower. They explained everything that they did and what needed to be done. The best shop in the area. Very knowledgeable, respectful and reasonable. Please give this company a try.

Bought a DR trimmer about a year ago on a risk that it just needed a carburetor so I took it to the repair shop and Greenfield mechanical put a new carburetor on it and it's worked ever since very satisfied with the service and the people there are awesome

HORRIBLE! When my Ryobi electric weed eater went out, it was under warranty, so I contacted Ryobi. They had me ship it, along with the battery, to Greenfield Mechanical (100 miles from me). I FedEx'd it on June 24, 2024. I heard nothing from them, so I have called multiple times. Each time, my call has gone to voicemail and they have never returned my call. Ryobi has called them multiple times with me on the line, and still -- NO RESPONSE. Now, 42 days later, they have my very expensive battery, and I have no way to weed eat! Maybe if you're local and take your product in yourself, the service is better; but if you're working through Ryobi and it has to be shipped, DON'T SEND IT TO GREENFIELD MECHANICAL!
