BUYER BEWARE!!!! ZERO STARS! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Bought a Jeep XJ after seeing it online. Their website doesn't offer Carfax so they sent me an AutoCheck report that failed to mention that the car had been reported stolen and that there was an odometer rollback. Not to mention they didn't sign the title and I'm not from the same state so to get it registered was a challenge to say the least. I wish I never went to Greenfield USA to buy a vehicle because now I'm struggling to REsell jeep for HALF what i spent. All due to the issues that they lied to me about. Spend your money elsewhere these guys take great pictures but do Shotty work and are shady business people. Spend your money elsewhere! or flush it down the toilet, because spending your money here would essentially be the same thing

DO NOT TRUST or use this dealership. They tried to sell me a car with a JUNK title, wrong mileage and under reported damage and # of previous owners. I showed them a car fax report, then after many excuses they offered to refund my cash, in writing. Then they sent me a bad check. I have filed a lawsuit in Broward County as they will not respond to my certified correspondence. They are thieves and criminals. PS. I never took possession of the car and it was never registered in my name . They deserve 5 BLACK STARS.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE/BE CAUTIOUS !!! I Was Completely Deceived by them. The Vehicle I purchased (Jeep Cherokee 2001 4x4 4.0L AT) was rear-ended after purchase a month later and to the discovery of my insurance company and the car that rear-ended me, the vehicle was extremely rusted and falling apart under the layers of Rhino Lining they used underneath the vehicle. Major components in the engine bay were missing mounting points, wiring shrouds were completely ruined almost as if they were never replaced in the lifetime of the vehicle. I kept finding missing screws and bolts throughout the engine bay, being replaced with pieces of black wiring tape as place holders. I saw two vehicles on Greenfield website that I had a interest in, so I called them and was greeted with a extremely friendly and excited John wu that told me to come on by so I can look at the two cars. On arrival to the dealership I was greeted with smiles and friendly staff, John was really friendly in person and showed me the two cars I called about a Lexus GS300 & Lexus IS300. Fabulous work from greenfield USA! Jon and his crew have been terrific from start to end! It was nerve wracking to put so much money down on a jeep cherokee that might have been in rough shape, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. It took roughly a month and some change to finish the jeep and it looks awesome! Not only looks, but runs and performs as if it were only a couple years old. Again thank you greenfield for your amazing work the jeep and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for any car on their website! Best customer service around! 5/5
