Instead of brushing me off or telling me to schedule an appointment, they took me right in. Not only that, they went ahead and changed the fuel filter for me, and didn’t charge me a dime. What really meant the most was the way they handled it. They didn’t just fix it and send me on my way. They took the time to show me exactly what went wrong, explained how to avoid the issue next time, and answered every question I had. I had an amazing experience, I believe Dave made my appointment and walked me through the whole process. Dave was very attentive and phenomenaly helpful. I had originally went elsewhere and was quoted an outrageous price to fix my vehicle. Greenline was able to make me an appointment in less than 24 hours and in the end gave me a quote at half the price as the previous auto shop. I got my car back the next day. Not only did they fix what I mainly came in for due to their easily accessible and comprehensive diagnostic checklist I was able to find out I also need new brakes.
