DEFINITELY THIS COMPANY IF SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS TIMELY & productive as KRYS MOORE PROVIDED. GV80 engine ran hot. Only Genesis dealership is in Kirkland & my car is in Tacoma. Green’s Towing in Buckley was chosen by the Genesis dealership and krys Moore responded. Very professional, friendly and cordial person. Actually assisted me in finding an object under my driver’s seat & educated me on why not to place that object under the seat and suggested how to secure it in the future. Gracious personality. The car was at Genesis of Kirkland before they closed. Great job. Thank you Krys. BYW, the Dealership paid the bill.
Absolutely the best experience! Krys was quick to show up, quick to get loaded and quick to get me and my kiddo all the way home. Super friendly. My kiddo ended the experience saying it was the best day of his life 😆 I hope the next time I break down I'm close enough to call them!!
My car started having running issues this morning, so I called AAA for a tow from Bonney Lake to Burien. Krys from Greens Towing called right away with an exact arrival time and showed up right on schedule. He was extremely personable, explained the whole process, took photos, and patiently answered all my questions. He even called my dad (where the car was being dropped off) to give him a heads-up when he was on the way. A couple hours later my dad texted me saying he “made a new friend” with Krys! Huge thanks to Krys and Greens Towing for making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a tow!

This is the second time I've used Green's Towing. Both times Krys showed up within 15 minutes when I was originally estimated an hour. He's quick, safe, and been extremely friendly both times. I'll definitely use Green's Towing again, and have referred them for friends/family to use as well.
