Green's Toyota of Lexington

This was by FAR the best car purchasing experience I have ever had! I had the pleasure of working with Chris Evans to purchase my Mazda and he took such great care of me. He was informative, kind, patient and professional and really took his time making sure I was taken care of. He was truly looking out for me and made sure the deal and car were just right for me. BIG kudos to that man, best people person I have worked with. I financed part of the purchase and worked with Austin who was just as pleasant and helpful! They made sure I knew all of my options and it was a breeze. I was wrapped up and driving off the lot in three hours. I will never go to or recommend anyone else!

I was so pleased with the whole experience at Green’s. From the original outreach that I made via website to the finalization of my loan. They worked very hard to ensure my experience was easy with no fuss. Also made sure I didn’t do a lot of waiting or “let me talk to my manager” during the deal. Thank you!

If I could leave a zero star review I would. The last several times I've been there has been atrocious. From having to have body work done from their screw ups, hours of waiting only to find employees staring amisly at computer screens and admittingly they had the paper work and just couldn't get to me to today experience. As soon as I check in theres a text wanting to buy my vehicle, not happening, been there done that with that scheme in the past. Then Tried to tell me my luggage nuts were swollen only to find the wrong socket was used, admitting and stripped the lug nuts. Then tried to "educate" me on lug nuts while the mechanic who mounted my tires was on the phone. They did make it right by covering the cost of the lug nuts but not after a bit of a go around. Answered all my questions and did her best to ensure I am satisfied. Did not push or pressurize me. Knows what makes a customer happy and delivers well.
