Read into this however you like: I made contact with this dealership and began negotiations regarding the vehicle imaged below. A few days later, I jump back on the website to scroll through the pictures again to notice that they increased the price by more than $9000. I called the dealership to speak to the salesman, but he was off site, but spoke to a sales manager on duty that assured me that the price that the vehicle was online which I made contact to the dealership through, would be matched. I left my contact info to be contacted back from the salesman I was working with when he returned. I came into the dealership for a routine oil change and received a handout with recommended services. The service tech who helped me, Aaron, went above and beyond by reaching out to the warranty company and discovering that my vehicle was still under warranty. Because of his initiative, I was able to pay just the deductible and have the recommended work completed before the warranty expired. I really appreciate Aaron taking the extra step to help me get everything taken care of.
